Each term, 21 selected university students work alongside BCSD Türkiye member companies on case studies, developing solutions for sustainable business models.

How the Process Works
Student Selection
21 university students are selected for the program by the Yenibirlider Association.
Company Applications
The program is announced to BCSD Türkiye member companies, and applications are submitted.
Preference and Matching
Students choose the companies they wish to work with; groups are formed and matched based on preferences.
Case Definition
Companies identify a sustainability-focused business challenge and present it to students.
Working Process
Student groups work on the case and hold regular feedback meetings with companies throughout the process.
Presentation and Evaluation
Students present their proposed solutions to company representatives, and presentations are evaluated.
Internship Opportunity
Companies may offer voluntary internship opportunities to successful students.
